Donations & Credits
- Donations made to Texas Two-Step Gaming directly support local nonprofit organizations.
- In appreciation of your donation, players may receive promotional credits to participate in sweepstakes games.
- Free play credits are also available without a donation, as outlined in the Official Rules.
- Credits hold no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or other compensation.
Refunds
- Refunds may only be issued if purchased credits have not been used.
- Once credits are played or redeemed, no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing through official customer support channels.
Fair Play & Conduct
- Players must adhere to principles of fair play, honesty, and respect toward others.
- Loitering, solicitation, or disruptive or aggressive behavior within physical or virtual spaces is strictly prohibited.
- Intoxicated players or individuals who violate these rules may be restricted or removed from participation without refund.
Liability
- Texas Two-Step Gaming shall not be held liable for any technical issues, connectivity errors, or user mistakes that may interrupt or affect gameplay.
- We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from unauthorized account access, system failures, or third-party disruptions.

Redemption Policy

Any winnings exceeding this amount will remain in the player’s account and can be redeemed the following day. It is the responsibility of all participants to report any applicable taxes on their winnings, as required by law. We encourage players to keep accurate records of their transactions for tax purposes.

Entry & Winnings

Donations made to our partnered charities are converted into sweepstakes “Entries.” These entries must result in “Winnings” on our platforms to be eligible for redemption. Players are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the entry process and the corresponding rules. If you have any questions, our knowledgeable team is always available to assist you before or during play.

Game Rules

The rules for each game can be viewed directly in the lower-left corner of the screen. Each game may have specific rules and guidelines that must be followed. Redemption Requirements

To ensure a secure and fair gaming environment, the following redemption requirements must be met:

A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or ID card) is required for your first redemption each day.
Redemptions and donations are processed during business hours only. Please check our operating hours for specific details.
Only the player who owns the account may redeem winnings. Staff may review camera footage if necessary to ensure security and compliance with our policies.

Important Notices

Any attempt to mislead or bypass our redemption policies may result in permanent removal from the premises and criminal trespass charges.
Technical issues or missing credits must be reported to staff immediately. Most problems can be resolved with a quick system reset, and we appreciate your cooperation in reporting any discrepancies.
If you plan to be away from the Cedar Park area for 30+ days, please speak with management about long-term credit options to ensure your account remains active.

Code of Conduct

Guests may use one machine at a time (this does not apply to mobile/tablet play).
Treat all staff and fellow players with kindness and respect. Harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.
Dishonesty or attempts to deceive our team may be treated as theft and reported to local authorities.
Vaping is allowed indoors; however, please be courteous to those around you and ensure that your actions do not disturb other guests.
Alcohol is permitted under our BYOB policy. Intoxicated guests or those attempting to drive under the influence will be asked to leave and may be reported to local law enforcement. Our staff will assist with safe transportation options if needed.
Guests under 30, or anyone consuming alcohol, may be asked to show valid ID at any time to verify age.

Accessibility

We are committed to providing an inclusive environment for all guests. If you or someone in your party requires special accommodations, please notify a team member. We are happy to assist and ensure your visit is comfortable and accessible.

Online Play

All online accounts must be created in person with proper identification to ensure security and compliance with state regulations.
Online gaming is only permitted while physically located in Texas. Players must not attempt to access our online services from outside the state.
A small processing fee may apply when purchasing credits with a debit or credit card. This fee will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.
